Shipping and Delivery Policy
We will only ship to Canada. Sorry, no U.S. or International shipping.
Free shipping to almost anywhere in Canada on orders over $150.00. Rural areas, and locations with high shipping costs will be contacted via email prior to shipment for a shipping contribution. You may choose to cancel an order if shipping costs are too high. Make sure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.
We charge a non-refundable flat rate of $15 on all orders under $100.
Any orders from Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon will likely be required to pay a portion of shipping costs. We will contact you with shipping requirements once a purchase has been made. You may choose to cancel an order if shipping costs are too high. Make sure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.
Once your order has been paid for, we will ship it out ASAP or within two business days. Please note that we are unable to place completed orders on hold for later shipment dates. All items ship from our store located in Moncton, New Brunswick.
Shipping times may vary depending on availability of merchandise and circumstances beyond our control, but please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get the order to you as fast as we can.
All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
In compliance with Federal and Provincial laws, sales tax is applied on all items bought online from The Shoe Tree, based on the total value of your order.
Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipping. If your address has been entered incorrectly, you will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the error. Please double check your address is correct. (See our Return Policy Page for further details.)
We ship all of our orders with Canada Post. Please allow 1-9 business days for delivery.
In store Pick-Ups
Please collect all in store pick-ups within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
Any orders over $100 which are not retrieved during this time frame will be automatically shipped to the address supplied at check out. Orders under $100 which require an additional shipping fee will be cancelled and refunded back to the original payment method.
In cases where we need additional information or shipping fees from the customer we will place your order on hold for a maximum of 24 hours from the date of purchase. If we have not received the requested information in this time your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Accepted Payment methods:
Please double check your address is correct when placing your order. For shipments unclaimed or "returned to sender" back to us will have the return shipping deducted from their refund. We are not responsible for unclaimed or "return to sender" shipping costs.
